My Story

My name is Dave Barton. I started my business career in the construction industry and formed a company doing concrete work and landscaping. This continued until 2004 when I thought it would be wiser to work ‘smarter not harder’. I got my real estate license and began a new chapter in my life. Within two years I had successfully put together a land deal and was able to sell a subdivision with 14 lots to a developer. I have continued my land development as well as residential and commercial sales in real estate. 

It was a good fit since I knew what was involved with most phases of construction and what constitutes a good home or building. So many times it would have been helpful if I could have used the skills I have developed over time that has brought clarity and more understandable visualization to a project.

As time went on and real estate saw phases of decline in times of recession, I was able to convert my skills back to the construction industry in a different way. I was able to use technology to create marketing and visualization skills to develop web sites. I used tools to create marketing abilities to companies that needed a way to make a presence on the internet. I found that I loved learning new ways to market. 

Several years ago I started using these skills to market sales for two companies in the construction field. As a result I have developed the ability for people to virtual visualize a final concept plan in three dimensional renderings as part of the sales process.  

I still have my hand in real estate sales. I now have the capacity to display ideas of what a ‘fixer upper’ or new construction will look like in three dimensional renderings depicting the final project. I can implement texture that two dimensional plans lack. That would include colors, type of materials such as brick as opposed to lap board or stucco as an example. Placing landscaping and final details give project clarity before construction begins. It takes the guess work out of making vital decisions in most cases. These renderings also provide the valuable concepts in the best form for engineers, architects and landscape designers to do their jobs in a more efficient way. 

To put it in a nutshell, I have the ability to bring an idea or a plan to life in a way that most people only see in their imagination or dreams. I would love to be able to provide a way for you to ‘See Your Dream’.

I hope that the knowledge that I have acquired through my life can assist you in yours. I love the creativity that I can bring to a project.
