Most basic project plans are designed by an architect, landscape architect or landscaper. This is a good start to 'See Your Dream'. Take the basic plan and expand on it with the details that make your vision actually come to life. Most people hope that the basic building or landscape plan will provide the 'canvas' to start the creative portions of your project after that portion is complete. Creating a 3D rendering gets the creative side of your project flowing. Don't make the mistake of completing something and having to remove or modify it. That takes time and money that you would rather spend elsewhere. The plan below is the basic 2D plan for the 3D video below.

Here is a design that was presented by a landscape architect. The homeowners indicated that they had no idea of what this plan would actually look like when completed. Plans like this show general layout of concept but lacks the ability to show elevation, texture detail and effects such as lighting and sound.
This is what I came up with after seeing the original plan. The home owner had put in a rock wall at a substantial cost. After determining that there was not room for the firepit, we came up with the concept for a vertical block walls. Not only was it attractive but it served as a means to add the firepit area with ample room.
After a landscape plan has been presented, a rendering can be constructed. If any new ideas or changes are made this is the time to make the rendering process more accurate.
This is a very detailed plan generated by our Structure Studios/Pool Studio software program. It shows details are minute as food cooking on the grill. There is very little question of what a project will look like.
The property owner verbalized their ideas and I came up with rendering of the yard. This rendering serves as a canvas for placing different pools and spas. After approving the design, plans can be generated.
This is a markup plan that was generated by our software program. It will be helpful to have a design in this format to make changes or refine ideas with landscapers or engineers.
To make a rendering as accurate as possible, details often missed with photos or two dimensional plans are sometimes overlooked. Getting incredible views with drone footage insures that we get it right. .
